Learn to cook unique recipes with one of our friendly chefs who will impart clever skills, knowledge, tools and guidance to share and impress. Classes include:

Aboriginal Australia’s Bush Tucker

Explore and savour native ingredients and cuisine (wild fruits, leaves, grains, seeds and nuts)

Native Sustainable Seafood, Fermentation and DIY Molecular

Experiment with technical innovation techniques and try your hand at modern molecular cuisine.

Probiotic Plant-based Cheese

Learn from a passionate chef who adored cheese but turned vegan so developed the perfect customisable recipe.

Important information:

  • Our classes operate with a minimum group size of 6 and a maximum of 10. Adults & Youth (12+years)
  • Hosted in Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Sunshine Coast Include mapaddresses to be provided by Dale 
  • Timeframes: average class goes for approx. 3 hours, punctuality is key so you do not miss your very special experience.
  • Calendar (connect to master calendar) and how to book - full payment is required on booking “Book here” button (automate email with booking details).
  • Please arrive 1 5minutes before the scheduled start time of the class to allow the Chef to commence OH&S instructions at the beginning of the class.

What to bring: No equipment needed, long hair should be tied up, please wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes, bring a smile and an appetite!
