About the class: Engage all your senses of sight, sound, taste, smell and touch, as well as spiritual connection as you explore foraged and harvested seasonal bushfood and produce in a delicious and unique three course bushfood menu.
Served in individual tapas boxes, Aunty Dale will present each course and the importance of the native botanical ingredients within. She will discuss traditional and contemporary uses and the significance of continuing its use in everyday cuisine.
The menu is seasonally crafted using the My Dilly Bag product range and will include savoury and sweet dishes.
In addition, you will learn about Australian botanical leaves, grains, seeds, nuts, and fruits.
Time with Aunty Dale means you will be warmly received and have the chance to hear about her childhood memories, her work pioneering bushfoods and the positive impact on future generations, as well as a good 'ol yarn.
