Uses: The wood is very tough and was used for tool handles, mallets, by early settlers and undoubtedly was used in similar fashion by Aboriginal people for their various implements. Added into a herbal tea for a healthy (and delicious) herbal infusion

Tasting Notes:The leaves, when crushed, impart cinnamon and nutmeg with undernotes of pepper and paprika.And are being experimented with by some innovative cooks.
