GATHAA Workshop - First Nations Medicine Meditation Circle

Join Scott and Rosie for a sacred First Nations Medicine Meditation Circle, where you'll be immersed in the healing traditions of Gamilaroi Country. Begin by enjoying a warm cup of traditional medicine tea, crafted from Gamialroi sourced native plants, known for their powerful healing properties.

You’ll then be cleansed in a sacred **Smoking Ceremony**, an ancient ritual to purify your body, mind, and spirit. As the aromatic smoke surrounds you, any negative energy will be cleared, creating space for peace and balance.

Next, you will be gently guided through a meditation designed to bring clarity, calmness, and a clear mind. This serene practice allows you to connect deeply with yourself and the Earth, fostering inner peace and mindfulness.

The experience will conclude with rhythms of a **Drumming Ceremony**, raising your vibration and enhancing your energetic connection.

This sacred circle is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with yourself, your community, and your own personal healing.
