About the class:
Learn how to bake delicious and nutritious sourdough bread, infused with native herbs and spices, that you and your loved ones can enjoy. You will be provided with comprehensive notes, nutrition information and education on the benefits of prebiotics to support a healthy gut.

One loaf of  Wholegrain sourdough with pepitas, sunflower seeds with Tasmanian Pepper and Salt bush.
Six Sourdough  Wattleseed, Fruit and Nut Rolls

Nutrition education on prebiotics and gut health.

Meet Your Accomplished Cook: Tracy Hardy  

Tracy is a proud Gamilaroi woman, born and raised on Kooma country in South West Queensland, and has called Gubbi Gubbi/Kabi Kabi country home for the last 13 years. Tracy is a tertiary qualified Nutritionist and Accredited Practising Dietitian.
Tracy is one of the very few Dietitians in Australia who identifies as a First Nations Person. Tracy works to support the empowerment of First Nations Peoples and fellow Australians in self-determining their food systems and environments, eating patterns and nutrition related health and wellbeing. 
Tracy fuses her knowledge of evidence-based nutrition science with traditional knowledge, foods and healing practices, so that she can support both her clients and those interested in deepening their understanding and appreciation of the role of both contemporary and traditional foods, cultures and lands.
