Glass House Dreaming Bircher Muesli - Serves 4

Ingredients

Glass House Dreaming Tea Infusion

  • 1½ cups hot water
  • 2 teaspoons My Dilly Bag Glass House Dreaming Tea
    (Lemon Myrtle, Native Mint, Anise Myrtle blend)
  • 1 tablespoon bush honey or raw honey

Bircher Base

  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup grated green apple
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or finger lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  • ½ cup macadamia milk (or dairy milk)
  • 2 tablespoons crushed roasted macadamias
  • Optional: native berries or lilly pilly pieces

Method

1. Brew the Dreaming Tea

Steep Glass House Dreaming Tea in hot water for 10–15 minutes.
Strain and stir in honey while warm. Allow to cool completely.

2. Create the Bircher

In a large bowl combine:

  • Rolled oats
  • Grated apple
  • Chia seeds
  • Lemon / finger lime juice
  • Yoghurt
  • Macadamia milk
  • Crushed macadamias
    Pour in 1 cup of cooled Glass House Dreaming Tea infusion and mix well.

3. Rest Overnight

Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours (preferably overnight) to soften and absorb flavours
