Pure cold pressed Macadamia nut oil, with Lemon Myrtle and Ginger extracts. Cook at high heat point, used to fry protein, drizzled over roasting vegetables, add to mayo, dressings, spice blends, marinades and vinegars.
Serve with Dukkah, or brushed on seafood after cooking.
