Wattleseed Roasted Ground - 170g
Seeds from the Acacia Victoriae tree (Wattleseed) are considered a backbone of bushfood nutrition and are high in Protein, Zinc, Iron, Calcium and Potassium. Seeds are roasted and ground and have a nutty, earthy flavour with hints of roasted coffee and chocolate.
Baking to flavouring sauces and casseroles, ice creams and used as a beverage or as an addition to chocolate or desserts.
Pour boiling water over a teaspoon of ground wattleseed. Let steep for 3 minutes and enjoy this caffeine free, chocolate, coffee, nut flavoured tea
Mix together equal portions of ground wattleseed, mustard and honey. Pour over favourite protein (kangaroo, emu, beef, pork or tofu).
Boil ¼ cup sugar, ¼ cup water and one teaspoon of ground wattleseed for 5-10 minutes. Strain and pour over icecream for an affogato or add to a coffee or a milkshake.
