Aunty Dale Chapman is an Adjunct Senior Fellow in the School of Agriculture and Food Sciences at the University of Queensland (UQ). She lectures and is frequently a guest speaker at the university providing students with insights and demonstrations to encourage the appreciation and use of native Australian botanicals in everyday cooking.
