Bushfood Workshop, CSIRO
“I attended this fantastic event at work during lunchtime today. An hour packed with information and yummy food. What a fantastic teacher Aunty Dale is! She has helped me understand how easy it is to incorporate bush tucker into our everyday cooking. I have so much space in my new backyard, and now I’m so inspired to plant more than just my lemon myrtle tree! I feel so much more connected to bush tucker. I am going to cook from her coo-ee cuisine, go and visit your store and yarn about all this great stuff to my neighbours and friends, whilst cooking them kangaroo meat nachos! Thankyou, thankyou Aunty Dale”
