Cinnamon Myrtle is found in Sub-Tropical areas of NSW and QLD.
Tasting Notes The leaves, when crushed, impart a cinnamon-like fragrance and are being experimented with by some innovative cooks. Replaces conventional cinnamon has a more subtle flavour and aroma, earthy and warm nature to it.
Uses Pastries, sweets, spice blends sweet or savoury, leaves steeped in hot water to make a herbal tea.
