Smoked kangaroo fillet has been carefully smoked with Australian Redgum. Each piece of smoked kangaroo fillet will vary in shape and weight, however each piece will be a minimum of 200g.

Kangaroo is a lean, protein-rich meat native to Australia, celebrated for its unique gamey flavour and incredible health benefits. Naturally high in iron and low in fat, kangaroo meat is a healthier alternative to traditional sausages.
