The secret to this chai? We mix black tea leaves, ginger, cardamom, cloves, star anise, turmeric, black peppercorns, and Australian native pepper leaves, myrtles anise , cinnamon and Himalayan honey, subtle notes of liquorice from the anise and the warm earth undertones.
You experience buttery toffee notes in the chai, all mellow bushy mountain herbal aromas with a lovely golden colour.
