How to Make
Just add:
• 1 egg
• 100g melted butter or margarine
Mix with the contents of the packet, roll into balls, place on a lined tray and bake until golden.

• Add chopped macadamias or almonds
• Stir through chocolate chips
• Fold in diced dried apricots for a fruity lift
• Layer icecream in the middle for an icecream sandwich
Store baked cookies in an airtight container — if they last that long.
