Born in Dirranbandi in southwest Queensland on Yuwaalaraay and Kooma tribal lands, Aunty Dale has lived and worked on Gubbi Gubbi land, known as the Sunshine Coast, since 1976. An award-winning chef and cookbook author, she will share her passion and knowledge of unique native ingredients while guiding you through the process of making your own dukkah blend.

In this hands on session, you’ll explore the rich flavours, fragrances, and the nutritional and medicinal benefits of native ingredients. Get creative as you mix and match native spices, nuts, and herbs to craft a personalised dukkah to take home.
