Ingredients:

• 1 cup rice
• 2 cups water
• 1 tbsp ground Saltbush
• 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add rice and sauté for 2 minutes until lightly toasted.
3. Stir in ground Saltbush and water.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.
