Chicken (or Crocodile) Hors D'oeuvre Two Ways

Serves 4-6

More Zen Ingredients
150g chicken or crocodile meat (minced)
2 tablespoons My Dilly Bag Earth Spice Dukkah 
40ml My Dilly Bag Mountain Pepper Macadamia Nut Oil

More Zing Ingredients
150g chicken or crocodile meat (minced)
2 tablespoons My Dilly Bag Sunshine Dukkah
40ml My Dilly Bag Lemon Myrtle & Ginger Macadamia Oil

Method
Soak wooden skewers for several hours (minimum 30 minutes to overnight) and line baking tray with baking paper. 

Combine preferred dukkah with preferred meat and roll into balls. Place directly on the tray or on skewers as desired.

Brush lightly with oil and bake for 12 minutes or until cooked at 180 C / 356 F.

Garnish and serve hot.
