Ingredients
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon mustard
Splash white wine vinegar
300 ml My Dilly Bag Lemon Myrtle & Ginger Macadamia Nut Oil
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender. While blending, drizzle in the oil until mixture emulsifies. Bottle and refrigerate until ready to pour over your prepared salad.
