Sunset Rub Devilled Eggs
Classic devilled eggs with a twist—creamy yolk filling seasoned with a vibrant sunset-inspired spice rub, delivering a gentle warmth and a pop of colour in every bite
Brioche Bun – Smoked Roo Fillet
Fluffy brioche bun filled with thinly sliced smoked kangaroo fillet, crisp cos lettuce, and a light spread of My Dilly Bag Onion Wattleseed for a rich, smoky, and subtly nutty flavour.
Turkey & Beetroot Pepperberry Sandwich
Soft wholemeal bread layered with tender sliced turkey and our signature My Dilly Bag Beetroot Pepperberry spread, creating a subtly sweet, earthy, and slightly spicy flavour combination
Strawberry Gum Scones
Light and fluffy scones infused with the delicate aroma of native strawberry gum, served warm with generous dollops of roasted wattleseed cream and house-made native jam for a truly Australian high tea treat.
Lemon Myrtle Cheesecake Ball
Creamy lemon myrtle cheesecake shaped into bite-sized balls, rolled in zesty wild lime crumbs, and finished with a delicate biscuit tuile leaf for a citrusy, crunchy, and visually stunning treat.
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Fresh, juicy strawberries (2 per person) dipped in a choice of melted white chocolate (Ooray) or dark chocolate infused with native wattleseed, and elegantly finished with edible silver leaf for a touch of luxury.
Rosella Sparkling
Chilled, non-alcoholic sparkling drink infused with vibrant rosella flowers, served in a champagne glass rimmed with zesty lime and dipped in rosella sugar for an extra touch of citrusy sweetness and visual flair.
